About Shannon
Do you feel like food becomes your escape when youâre stressed, bored, lonely, or mentally exhausted? You may eat âpretty wellâ most of the timeâbut when emotions hit, food feels like the easiest way to cope. This can look like nighttime overeating, snacking past fullness, or binge eating, followed by guilt and promises to âdo better.â As your Dietitian, I help you plan balanced eating while healing binge and emotional eating. Approach to care
Together, we focus on building balanced, satisfying meals while also identifying patterns like stress, boredom, or emotional overwhelm that often trigger binges. Rather than using restriction or food rules, I help clients develop practical coping tools, rebuild trust with their hunger and fullness cues, and create routines that support regulation and consistency. This work is done in a non-judgmental, supportive space.
Your first session with Shannon
Working with me is comfortable, supportive, and even funâbecause food is fun. In our first session, weâll explore where youâre at with nutrition and where you want to go. From there, weâll create a plan that tackles your biggest challenges first while building sustainable habits that actually last. About Shannon: I support clients from a place of lived experience. After overcoming my own struggles with fueling for performance, body composition, and binge eating, I became a Registered Dietitian to help others do the sameâwithout diet culture. Iâve worked with athletes at all levels, including NFL, NBA, MLB, collegiate, and high school, as well as organizations like the Miami Marlins, University of Louisville Football, IMG Academy, and EXOS. I now work full-time in private practice, helping clients optimize nutrition while building confidence and a healthy relationship with food.
