Person- centered approach, everyone's needs and goals are different. I aim to work with you and meet you where you are at. Whether it be weight loss, navigating new diagnoses, together we can make adjustments that help you feel your best. Together we will set goals that are achievable and suit your lifestyle.
Your first session with Shannon
