About Shannon
Shannon is a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist with 14 years of experience helping people overcome nutrition and eating challenges to improve their health and well-being.
Approach to care
Shannon's approach to care is nonjudgemental and holistic. She understands the hardships that can come with poor health, and the impacts it can have on one's life. Each person's challenges and strengths are unique, and Shannon uses an individualized approach to tailor nutrition counseling to each patient's specific needs. From there, we'll discuss what you hope to achieve, and create some actionable steps to get you started. You can expect a safe and welcoming space where you can share openly and honestly, without judgement.
