About Shannon
Hello and welcome! My name is Shannon, I am a Dietitian from the Cleveland area of Ohio. I have been passionate about good food and nutrition since I was young and am lucky enough to have made a career out of it. My mission is to help those around me live healthier and be stronger in both mind and body by building a sustainable and realistic relationship with food. In my personal life, I enjoy cooking, swimming and spending time with my growing family. Let's pursue change together!

Your first session with Shannon
First things first, I will guide you through conversation geared towards learning all about you! I like to hear about lifestyle and day to day routines, your current relationship with food/exercise and about your medical history / nutrition concerns. From there and in sessions to come, I will help you identify areas of wellness you wish to focus on and build a personalized nutrition focused plan to help you reach your goals. Change takes courage and patience, and I will be here every step of the way!
