About Shannon
I’m a culinary-trained dietitian who takes a health-focused, non-diet approach to nutrition. I believe nutrition care should feel collaborative and patient-led, not prescriptive or overwhelming. My goal is to help you build habits that make sense for your life- ones that support your health, performance, and well-being in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.

I work with individuals who want to better understand how nutrition fits into their daily routines, whether that’s fueling an active lifestyle, supporting heart health, or improving overall energy and consistency with meals. I focus on helping you identify what matters most to you and prioritize changes that feel manageable, not all-or-nothing. In our work together, we’ll focus on practical strategies, flexibility, and building confidence around food. I aim to create a space where you can explore nutrition with curiosity, learn what approaches actually support your quality of life, and develop habits that feel supportive long-term rather than restrictive.
Your first session with Shannon
I believe working with a dietitian is like working with a therapist- you need to find the right provider for you! Our first session will allow us the opportunity to learn more about one another. We will review your health history, current lifestyle, and nutrition-goals and formulate some short- and long-term goals that we can work towards during our time together.
