About Shara
Iām a Registered Dietitian who lives and breathes movement and nutrition. My days revolve around weightlifting, basketball, and helping clients fuel their bodies with nutrient-dense, high-protein meals. I follow a nutrient-dense diet and spend my free time reading about dietetics, catching some sun, or playing pick-up games at my gym.
Approach to care
I take a whole-person approach to nutrition. I seek to understand your individual lifestyle and your habits around food, sleep, stress, and movement. I often guide clients through a pro-metabolic approachāfocusing on high-protein, whole unprocessed foods, consistent meals, and movement to support energy, metabolism, and long-term health. Iāll help you create meal plans, grocery lists, and meal timing strategies that actually work in real life. I also focus on educationālike how to time protein for muscle support and how to balance meals to prevent inflammation and blood sugar issues. My goal is to support your goals with realistic, personalized care that fits your lifestyle.
Your first session with Shara
I enjoy learning about you in our first session. I will ask you questions about your life and your current habits with nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress. We will discuss your goals and why you scheduled an appointment. The first session is time for you and I to get to know one another and clearly articulate your goals and what we will be working on.
