About Sharon

Hello! My name is Sharon. I am a registered dietitian nutritionist as well as a certified diabetes care and education specialist. I have over 30 years of experience in the field of nutritional counseling. I live in rural Vermont with my wife. Between us we have six children who are grown and thriving.

Approach to care

I use a judgement-free approach of meeting you where you are in your health journey. I will guide you as you develop action plans directed at meeting your overall nutrition and health goals. I am also passionate about simplifying eating well. It does not have to be expensive and it does not have to be complicated. You have unlimited potential in all that you do. I look forward to being your coach!

Your first session with Sharon

Our first appointment is all about you. We will review your pertinent medical history and you will establish your overarching nutrition goals. We will take a deep dive into your relationship and experience with food and health. I will ask you what you need from me to help you be most successful in achieving your nutrition goals. I am excited and honored to be working along side you.
