Approach to care
I believe you will get the best results when you: Are clear about what you want and need around nutrition and wellness, Set realistic goals and strategies to get there, Reset your goals when needed, Have self-compassion. So my approach is to help you get there by asking questions, listening and providing evidenced-based nutrition recommendations that meet your needs at this in your life.
