She expanded her practice to private consultations, specializing in chronic kidney disease and related issues. Over the years, Shelby has gained experience in sports medicine centers, preventive medicine programs, gardening nutrition initiatives, and military nutrition. Shelby is dedicated to providing personalized nutrition plans that promote long-term well-being and health.

Your first session with Shelby

In our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other. I'll ask you about your sleep habits, physical activity, stress levels, medications and supplements, health history, and, of course, your current diet. We’ll also talk about your likes and dislikes, your goals, and the changes you’re open to making. This initial session is all about laying a strong foundation for our journey together. You’ll leave feeling excited and ready to start implementing the changes we discuss. We'll take things step by step, working together to overcome any obstacles and keeping you on track with your health goals.

Shelby attended the University of North Florida to complete her Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
