About Sherri
Hi, I'm Sherri. With over 20 years as a Registered Dietitian, I bring a foundation built on a BS in Nutrition & Food Science, a Dietetic Internship at Vanderbilt, and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago. My career has taken me from clinical and hospital care to private practice and corporate settings, always centered on science and people. As a dietitian in midlife, I support nutrition for longevity, balancing, exercise, hormones, nutrition and overall metabolic health. Outside of work I enjoy running, traveling, hiking, and time with my husband, our four kids, and two dogs. I’m proud to hold the RD and LD credentials and to help people find practical, sustainable change.

You don't need to have everything figured out; we'll uncover what matters most and outline a realistic plan. We'll discuss short-term goals and begin to map a path that fits your lifestyle, values, and preferences. I'll be with you every step, focused on sustainability and long-term success.
