About Sherri

I'm a masters prepared registered dietitian nutritionist, certified diabetes educator, and board certified in advanced diabetes management. I'm also board certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. I have a passion for preventing chronic disease and helping individuals lead healthier. By focusing on scientific guidelines, early interventions and sustainable lifestyle changes, I aim to empower my clients to take control of their health. Through personalized nutrition strategies and education, I strive to reduce the risk of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension, promoting long-term well-being and vitality.

Approach to care

I believe it's important to tailor nutrition recommendations to align with your individual health goals, lifestyle, personality, and schedule. Each person is unique in their journey to achieving optimal wellness, and what works for one person may not work for another. By considering factors such as your daily routine, preferences, and any specific health concerns, we can create a sustainable, enjoyable plan that supports your long-term success.

Your first session with Sherri

In our first session, I like to get to know your priorities, your interest in making long-term lifestyle changes, and what's realistic for you at this stage of your health journey. Together, we’ll focus on key, achievable changes that are both practical and sustainable for you.
