About Sherrie

Aloha and welcome to Nourish! I’m Sherrie — a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. With over 30 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. I’ve worked across many areas of nutrition, and I now focus on diabetes care and prevention, chronic kidney disease, and women’s health. I offer appointments on Thursdays and Fridays.

Approach to care

As a wellness dietitian and coach, I integrate evidence-based nutrition with motivational coaching to empower clients to take ownership of their health, make confident food choices, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe that progress is built on small, consistent steps rather than dramatic overhauls. Sustainable health isn’t about striving for perfection—it’s about developing balanced eating patterns, practicing mindfulness, and cultivating habits that support long-term well-being. My approach is grounded in a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free environment, built on the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow. I honor each person as the expert of their own life and believe that true wellness emerges from the harmony of mind, body, spirit, and creativity in pursuit of one’s goals and purpose.

Your first session with Sherrie

Your first visit is all about you. I know meeting with a dietitian can feel like a big step, so we’ll take our time and create a comfortable space to talk about your health history, eating habits, and daily routine. Together, we’ll explore your nutrition needs, look at where you are with making changes, and build a personalized plan that truly fits your goals and lifestyle. Before we wrap up, we’ll set one or two realistic goals for the week and schedule your next visit. Many people find that regular follow-ups help them stay motivated and see meaningful, lasting progress. I’m really looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to feeling your best.
