About Sherrie
Aloha and welcome to Nourish! Iām Sherrie ā Registered Dietitian, Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. With over 30 years of experience, Iām dedicated to helping people feel better in their bodies and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. Iāve worked across many areas of nutrition, and I now focus on diabetes care and prevention, chronic kidney disease, weight management, and womenās health. I offer appointments on Thursdays and Fridays.

As a wellness dietitian and coach, I blend evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with motivational coaching to help people build a healthier, more confident relationship with food. I believe sustainable health comes from balanced eatingānot perfectionāand from learning how to nourish your body in ways that feel realistic, satisfying, and supportive of your health needs. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and a judgment-free space where food choices can be explored without guilt or shame. Whether you prefer a non-diet approach or want guidance with medical nutrition therapy, macros, or meal planning, Iām here to meet you where you are. I see each person as the expert in their own life and believe true wellness grows from honoring the connection between mind, body, spirit, and creativity as you work toward meaningful goals.
Your first session with Sherrie
I know meeting with a dietitian can feel like a big step, so we'll start by creating a safe space where you can talk openly about your health history, eating habits, and daily routine. Together, weāll explore your nutrition needs, discover your readiness for change, and build a personalized plan that truly fits your goals, values, and lifestyle. Before we wrap up, weāll set one or two realistic goals for the week and schedule your next visit. Many people find that weekly check-ins during the first few months provide helpful structure and support to stay motivated and on track. Iām looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to feeling your best.
