Your first session with Shervin
In our first session, I’ll take the time to really get to know you. We’ll do a comprehensive nutrition assessment, where I’ll learn about your eating habits, lifestyle, overall well-being, and what you’re hoping to achieve. In follow-up sessions, we’ll review your progress, talk through any challenges, and adjust your plan to keep it realistic and sustainable. My goal is to provide ongoing support and practical, evidence-based guidance—so you feel empowered, supported, and confident on your journey toward better health.
