About Sheryl
As a holistic dietitian and integrative nutritionist, I help people transform their relationship with food, enabling them to achieve optimal well-being, improve their mood, and soothe digestive issues without the frustration and limitations of traditional nutrition coaching.
Approach to care
Tired of one-size-fits-all health advice? Yeah, me too. I’m Sheryl, a dietitian specializing in integrative approaches. I look at the whole picture, what you eat, how you sleep, how much you move (or don’t), your stress levels, and even what you’re exposed to in your environment. It’s all connected.
Your first session with Sheryl
In our first session, I conduct a comprehensive assessment, not just of your diet, but also of your environment, mindset, habits, and behaviors. And while I can craft a meal plan if that’s helpful, food is just one piece of the puzzle. My goal is to help you understand what your body needs and how to support it in a way that makes sense for your life. Just real, thoughtful care for real people.
