Patient reviews

  • Sibylle has been amazing! She really listened to my goals and created a personalized plan that was easy to follow and sustainable. I’ve noticed more energy, better digestion, and feel more confident in my food choices. Her approach is supportive, realistic, and truly effective. Highly recommend!

  • Sibylle is amazing! She has helped me in ways that even my team of specialist doctors haven’t been able to. I have a ton of medical issues I’ve been trying to get ahead of for decades. I’ve made more progress with Sibylle in a few weeks than i have with those doctors in years!! Insurance covered my visits 100%. Beyond her expertise:she’s a warm & understanding person. It allows me to open up about my challenges & victories without fear of being judged. I no longer feel I’m doing this alone.

  • Sybille has worked with me to create a sustainable meal plan and encouraged me to begin an exercise routine. Both have helped reduce my GERD symptoms and guided me to a greater awareness of my rleationship to food and bodily health. She listens and helps me work around roadblocks to continuing down the path to a healthier lifestyle.

About Sibylle

Hi, I’m Sibylle (pronounced sih-bill). Born in Switzerland and raised in Colorado, I have a deep appreciation for good food and an active lifestyle. I’m passionate about creating delicious, nourishing meals and enjoy snowboarding, yoga, strength training, and hiking with my husband and our energetic puppy, Bo.

Approach to care

For the past five years, I’ve worked as an inpatient clinical dietitian, helping patients manage a variety of chronic diseases. I understand that no two individuals are the same, and nutrition is never a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to create flexible, realistic plans tailored to your unique needs. While my primary experience has been in managing chronic diseases, I am also passionate about and have successfully helped individuals with weight management. I’m excited for the opportunity to work more closely with patients over the long term, providing the support and guidance needed to achieve sustainable health goals.

Your first session with Sibylle

During our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your past experiences with nutrition—what has worked for you and what hasn’t—so we can build on your strengths. Most importantly, we’ll discuss your goals and create a plan to help you achieve them in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
