About Sidney
I'm Sidney, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others feel their best through practical, supportive and personalized nutrition. My passion for food and nutrition began early in Utah, where being active in sports sparked my interest in how nutrition affects both performance and overall health. I pursued this passion by studying Nutrition and Dietetics at Utah State University. A few years ago, I moved to Texas to pursue my Master of Dietetic Administration and completed my dietetic internship around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. During that time, I developed a strong interest in women's health and general nutrition education- areas that I continue to focus on in my work today. My husband and I recently welcomed a baby girl into our family, and we share our home with two dogs. These life experiences have strengthened my appreciation for balance, flexibility, and creating practical, sustainable habits that support overall well-being.
Approach to care
I believe in a compassionate, realistic approach to nutrition that meets you where you are. Whether youâre pursuing specific health goals or simply aiming to feel better day-to-day, I provide supportive, personalized guidance and strategies designed to fit your unique needs. I also embrace the principles of intuitive eating, helping you build a healthy, balanced relationship with food without restrictive dieting. No fad diets, no judgmentâjust evidence-based care focused on helping you become the healthiest version of yourself.
Your first session with Sidney
This first session is all about getting to know YOU! We will walk through your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, goals and any medical concerns or diagnoses you may have. This is a judgement free space where you are able to share openly. My goal in this session is to understand your unique story so that we can create a nutrition plan that is realistic, personalized and sustainable for you individually. We will also take this time to discuss what you are hoping to get out of working together and set some initial goals based on your priorities. Whether you are managing a specific condition, wanting to feel better day-to-day or simply wanting to build a healthier relationship with food, we will focus on taking it step-by-step and at a pace that feels comfortable for you. At the end of this first session you will leave with some practical takeaways and a clear idea of what our next steps will be together!
