About Skyler
Nutrition has been the bridge between science and everyday living for me. I earned my MS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Ball State and have three years of experience as an RDN working in hospital and community health settings. I prioritize practical, sustainable plans that fit real lives. Outside of work, you'll usually find me lifting, running, playing pickleball, camping or spending time with my friends & family.
Approach to care
Evidence should guide the choices we make, but those choices also have to fit your life. I combine current research with a warm, nonjudgmental style to offer clear, action-oriented steps you can actually use. I practice through a Health At Every Size, weight-neutral lens, focusing on behaviors and wellbeing rather than numbers. Together we'll address the whole person, build sustainable habits, and I'll teach the why behind recommendations so you can make informed choices long term.
Your first session with Skyler
Come as you are, and we'll have a low-pressure conversation about where you're starting and what matters to you. We'll review your medical history, talk through your relationship with food, and establish realistic short-term goals that feel achievable. My goal is to help you find a clear starting line that fits your day-to-day, not a perfect plan. You don't need to have it all figured out, just bring your questions and we'll build the next steps together.
