I hold a master's degree in counseling psychology and integrate mind-body practices to support nurturing the entirety of you, framed with a positive psychology, self-compassionate lens. Career experience spans clinical and academia, which keeps me curious, reflective, and evidence-focused. I am certified as an Intuitive Eating Counselor and Diabetes Care & Education Specialist. Your first session with Sondra
First appointment focus is to get a sense of your world and perspective. We'll create a curious, judgment-free space where you can openly share your relationship with food including your goals, nutrition "self-talk", and challenges. We’ll start with listening to your story and then together identify a few intentions to build early vision and gain momentum. I’ll support you in clarifying what matters most and what feels doable right now. We’ll explore your routines, self-care needs, preferences, and current supports, then outline a practical compassionate strategy you can begin applying this week. I’m excited to meet you and empower your path toward lasting wellness. As Aristotle said, "Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom."
