About Soni
Hi! I am Soni Spencer, RDN, CD, LD. I have been a practicing dietitian for 28 years. My husband of 30 years and I live in one of the many beautiful high mountain valleys of northern Utah. In the summer, it can be hot and dry, and in the winter, it is often cold and snowy. I enjoy the warm fall and spring months outside, while he and the kids are passionate backcountry snowmobilers, and live for snowy days. Together we are the parents of 5 children, and grandparents to 2. Now that 3 of my 5 children have left home, I'm enjoying rediscovering my own interests!
Approach to care
As a registered dietitian, I'm passionate about helping individuals discover the joy and power of nourishing their bodies. I believe that food is more than just fuel; it's a source of pleasure, connection, and vibrant health. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and a commitment to personalized care. I understand that every person's journey is unique, and I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we can work together to achieve your health goals. Whether you're looking to manage a chronic condition, improve your relationship with food, or simply optimize your overall well-being, I'm here to guide you. I believe in empowering you with the knowledge and tools you need to make sustainable lifestyle changes. I'm dedicated to helping you cultivate a positive and balanced relationship with food, so you can feel your best and live your fullest life.
