About Sonya
Sonya is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in weight management, energy restoration, gut health, brain fog elimination, allergy relief, and hormone balance. She earned her Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University in 2013 and has extensive experience in clinical nutrition and corporate wellness. For eight years, she supported employee health in a large biopharmaceutical company, helping individuals make informed choices for their well-being. Sonya understands that true health is multifaceted. She believes optimal wellness is achieved through the interplay of diet, activity, environmental factors, hormones, stress, and biochemistry. Her mission is to help clients take back control of their health by tuning into their bodies and making empowered, lasting changes. Transformation happens when we listen—and she’s here to guide you every step of the way.

Your first session with Sonya
In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask you about your health history, current dietary habits, and any specific goals or challenges you may have. This helps me understand your unique needs and preferences. We’ll discuss your lifestyle, any health conditions or concerns, and your personal goals to create a customized nutrition plan that fits your life. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns you might have about the process. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of the next steps and how we’ll continue to work together to support your wellness goals.
