About Sophie

Nutrition drew me in through its power to transform our minds and bodies. I believe in healthy and affordable food and simple routines to make us feel great and give us the most control over our health outcomes. I'm passionate about disease prevention, and I help my clients get excited about the transformational power of food. I partner with patients to create simple, sustainable strategies that fit real life. I completed my BA in Communication and MS in Dietetics and I have spent the last eight years working as a dietitian across multiple care settings: hospitals, private practice, long-term care, a Diabetes Prevention Program, and the digital wellness space. Outside of work, you'll find me cooking, walking, hiking, thrifting, wandering the aisles of grocery stores exploring new products, traveling, and spending time with my husband, son, and our two dogs.

I use evidence-based guidance to help you build lasting habits, blending science with practical steps we can try together. My style is warm and empathetic, yet direct and action-oriented, so we celebrate progress while setting clear goals that feel achievable. I take a client-centered, holistic approach and look at the whole person, incorporating mood, sleep, movement, and values into nutrition plans. You'll leave sessions with tools to make informed choices for long-term health.

Your first session with Sophie

When we meet, expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history, any lab work or biometrics you have, and what you're hoping to change. We'll establish one or two short-term goals together and outline practical next steps so you leave with a clear plan, not pressure. You don't need to have it all figured out ahead of time. We'll work at your pace, troubleshoot barriers, celebrate wins, and focus on small, sustainable changes that fit your life.
