About Srijana
Hi, I’m Srijana, a Registered Dietitian with 14 years of experience and an MS in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University. I’ve cared for patients in clinical and hospital settings, worked with outpatients, and taught in academia. I’m passionate about turning science into practical, sustainable guidance that fits real life. When I’m not counseling, I love cooking, trying new cuisines, and enjoying outdoor adventures with friends and family. I’m here to support you.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence-based science with genuine warmth. I’ll work with you in a collaborative, nonjudgmental way and offer clear, actionable steps so you can feel confident moving forward. I practice a Health At Every Size mindset and focus on sustainable behavior changes rather than quick fixes. I consider the whole person—body, mind, lifestyle—so you can build lasting habits that support your wellbeing. I’m committed to educating you so you can make informed choices.
Your first session with Srijana
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, lab work or biometrics, and take a deep dive into your relationship with food and your daily routines. We’ll set short-term goals and start outlining a practical meal plan that fits your life. If diabetes management or renal considerations are part of your plan, we’ll address them in a clear, doable way. There’s no need to have everything figured out yet. Together, we’ll map the first steps toward sustainable, meaningful change.
