About Stacey
I’m a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Holistic Health Coach with over a decade of experience in nutrition counseling. I hold a Master’s degree in Food Systems from New York University and completed my dietetic internship at NYU Langone Medical Center. I specialize in weight management, diabetes, women's health, gut health, and work with clients to provide personalized, evidence-based care. Outside of work, I’m a mother of three and understand the real-life challenges families face when it comes to food and health—something that continues to inform and enrich my work every day.
Approach to care
I take a whole-person approach to nutrition counseling, recognizing the powerful connection between food, mindset, and lifestyle. My goal is to help clients build sustainable habits that support long-term health—not through rigid rules or restrictive plans, but by creating a more balanced, confident relationship with food. I work closely with clients to address not only what they eat, but how and why they eat. Whether we’re navigating emotional eating, managing blood sugar, or supporting digestive health, I focus on progress over perfection—empowering clients with practical strategies and compassionate guidance tailored to their needs.
Your first session with Stacey
Our first session is all about getting to know you. I’ll take time to understand your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to get out of working together—whether it’s managing a health condition, improving digestion, reaching a weight goal, or just feeling better in your body. We’ll go through a full assessment so I can see the bigger picture, and then we’ll work together to set goals that feel realistic and important to you. You won’t walk away with a strict plan—but you will leave with a clearer direction and next steps that actually fit your life. This session is a chance for you to feel heard and supported—and to start building a plan that makes sense for you.
