About Stacey
Hello, I'm Stacey. I am a passionate and enthusiastic person when it comes to helping others in health, wellness and longevity. At Marion University in Indianapolis, Indiana, I completed my Bachelor of Science degrees as a Registered Dietitian and Registered Nurse. I am a life-long learner, with over 25 years of experience in nutrition and healthcare. In the last 5 years, I became a Registered Yoga & Pilates Teacher. This has given me much more insight to mindfulness, being present, and connecting with others. As a Registered Dietitian, my main interests are in weight loss & management, GLP-1s, kidney disease, women's health, exercise and changing lifestyles that are more sustainable to feel happier and healthier.

Hobbies
I enjoy gardening, my kittens 🐾 (love dogs, too!), trying new high protein recipes, easy & healthy 30-minute meals, yoga, Pilates, concerts, golf, watching sports such as WNBA, NBA, and NFL. I also live part-time in central Florida and enjoy being active!☀️
