About Staci
Welcome! I'm Staci, a Registered Dietitian and mom of four. I know what happens when "ideal" nutrition meets a busy schedule, a picky eater, or a chaotic Tuesday night. I bridge the gap between clinical science and your daily reality with practical strategies—not rigid perfection. Whether you are managing allergies, a chronic condition, or want to feel at home in your body, I am your cheerleader and no-nonsense accountability partner. My evidence-based approach looks at the whole picture, from home gardening to complex clinical care. My specialties include: Adult Health: Kidney health, diabetes, heart health, weight loss, and bariatric support. Women's Health: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, perimenopause, and menopause. Pediatrics: ARFID, iron deficiency, picky eating, infant and toddler nutrition, food allergies, and weight struggles. Let’s remove the barriers to your progress. Together, we will create a plan for change that actually lasts.
Approach to care
I believe that the "best" nutrition plan is the one you can actually stick to. As a busy mom, I understand that rigid rules rarely survive a chaotic week. That is why my approach moves beyond generic meal plans and focuses on practical, sustainable strategies that fit your specific lifestyle, budget, and family dynamics. I combine clinical, evidence-based science with a realistic view of daily life to help you overcome barriers. Whether we are addressing complex medical needs or family mealtimes, my goal is to help you integrate healthy changes that feel natural, not forced, ensuring results that last long-term.
Your first session with Staci
Our first session is simply a conversation to get to know each other. I want to understand your story, hear your specific goals, and gauge where you are right now so we can decide the best path forward together. Please do not feel intimidated—this is a judgment-free zone. You do not need to scrub your diet or do any heavy preparation before we meet. If you have recent lab work you’d like me to review, feel free to have that ready to share, but otherwise, just bring yourself. We will spend about an hour together. My goal is for you to log off feeling supported, with a couple of clear, achievable goals to work on for the week ahead. In future sessions, we will build on those successes or readjust our approach to fit your reality. I look forward to meeting you!
