About Stacie
Hi, I’m Stacie Meeks Strossman, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Before joining Nourish, I founded a consulting practice specializing in comprehensive nutrition assessments, weight management, and meal planning. My experience spans public health, private practice, and community outreach, allowing me to tailor meal plans to fit individual preferences and budgets. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me running on the trails or cooking, and sharing meals with family and friends. Whether through personalized nutrition counseling, meal planning, or finding joy in a balanced lifestyle, I’m here to support you on your journey to better health.
Approach to care
I meet patients where they are, personalizing care to deliver actionable recommendations based on individual goals and needs. Patients are involved in their care as much as they want to be, addressing current needs while anticipating future ones. I prioritize patients, providing care that is respectful of and responsive to individual preferences, needs, and values, while practicing with empathy and kindness. I focus on sustainability, using evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for long-term behavior change.
Your first session with Stacie
At our first meeting I will introduce myself and get to know a little about you. I will set clear expectations for the session and then complete a comprehensive nutrition assessment. I will explain the Nourish Program in detail and provide you a personalized plan with 2-3 steps you can start right away to meet your goals.
