About Stacy

With over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I have dedicated nearly two decades to providing nutrition education and counseling. I started my nutrition career as a Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR) in a 500-bed hospital where I cultivated a deep appreciation on the impact of nutrition on overall well-being. Recently, I have been utilizing my Certificate in Weight Management and experience with anti-obesity medications to empower others, improve labs, and reduce the risk for 230+ diseases/conditions associated with excess weight. My objective is to support you in being the best and healthiest version of you!

Approach to care

Our first session will include various diet and lifestyle questions but also getting to know each other-creating a personalized plan that works for you. We can discuss any concerns, questions, or goals you already have. I'd also like to learn about what you like and don't like to eat, weight/dieting history, sleep routine, and anything else you'd like to share or are concerned about. We can then kick things off with 1-2 things to try or start practicing that will support your health journey. I will be transparent and work with you in creating realistic goals and sustainable habits that you genuinely enjoy and find fulfilling all while contributing to your quality of life.

Your first session with Stacy

Our first session will be an depth nutrition assessment so that I can learn about you and which will include discussing any medical conditions you might have, food preferences and allergies, weight changes, sleep routine, healthy and unhealthy eating habits, and anything else you feel comfortable sharing. If we have time during that first visit we can start discussing short/long term goals, your expectations for me and our visits, and what are next steps are going forward.
