About Stacy
Stacy has been a Dietitian for 9 years, working in a variety of settings such as the hospital setting with tube feedings and diet educations, as well as outpatient clinics, specializing in oncology. Stacy has also worked in private practice over the past year seeing patients with a variety of diagnoses, some of the most common being IBS, fructose and lactose intolerances, diabetes education, and disordered eating.
Approach to care
Stacy approaches care with her clients on an individual needs basis. She utilizes her experience in motivational interviewing to meet each client where they are at on their nutrition journey and encouraging them to set small attainable goals. Stacy knows that her clients deserve the best care which is why she aims to continue to learn and grow as a Dietitian. Stacy uses a balanced eating approach empowering her clients to have a healthy relationship with food.
Your first session with Stacy
In our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other. I'll ask you about your sleep habits, physical activity, stress levels, medications and supplements, health history, and, of course, your current diet. We’ll also talk about your likes and dislikes, your goals, and the changes you’re open to making. This initial session is all about laying a strong foundation for our journey together. We'll take things step by step, working together to overcome any obstacles and keeping you on track with your health goals.
