About Stacy
Hi, I’m Stacy, a registered dietitian and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience helping clients simplify healthy eating, build sustainable habits, and feel their best—without restrictive diets. My approach is all about making real, nourishing food fit seamlessly into your lifestyle while focusing on strength, energy, and overall well-being.
Approach to care
I believe that nutrition should be simple, enjoyable, and sustainable—no complicated rules or restrictive meal plans. Instead, I help my clients develop a balanced approach that fits their lifestyle and supports their long-term health. A key focus is improving metabolic health, which plays a vital role in energy levels, blood sugar balance, hormone regulation, and overall well-being. By making small, realistic changes to the way you eat, we can optimize your metabolism, helping you feel more energized, satisfied, and in control of your health.
Your first session with Stacy
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll dive into your current habits, lifestyle, and goals, discussing what’s working and what’s not. From there, I’ll provide personalized guidance to help you start making small, manageable changes that lead to lasting results. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps that fit into your daily life—no overwhelm, just real progress.
Education
I earned my degree in Dietetics from Iowa State University, where I also completed my dietetic internship. After passing the RD exam, I became a registered and licensed dietitian. Additionally, I hold a Personal Training Certification from the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, walking my dog, and keeping up with my kids' activities. I also enjoy a good book and staying up to date on my favorite podcasts.
