About Stefanie
Hi, I’m Stefanie, a Registered Dietitian with 30 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am also a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. My passion is helping women who are going through peri-menopause/menopause using evidence-based nutrition strategies tailored to real life. As a woman in midlife myself, I understand firsthand how hormonal shifts can affect metabolism, energy, mood, sleep, and body composition. My approach blends clinical expertise with practical, sustainable tools to help you balance hormones, support thyroid function, improve metabolic health, and feel confident in your body again. My goal is simple: to make nutrition clear, doable, and effective — without extremes or overwhelm.

Midlife metabolism requires strategy — not restriction. My approach prioritizes blood sugar regulation, adequate protein intake, strength training, and thyroid optimization to support fat loss, energy, muscle preservation, and long-term metabolic resilience. I use evidence-based nutrition and exercise strategies tailored to each woman’s physiology and lifestyle. I take an overall health perspective, addressing sleep, stress, movement, recovery, and environmental exposures that influence hormone balance and overall wellness — always in a realistic, sustainable way. My goal is to create clear, structured plans that deliver results without extremes or overwhelm.

Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history and any recent lab work or biometrics, and I’ll invite you to share what matters most on your health journey. This is a collaborative conversation where no one expects you to have it all figured out. We’ll learn about your routines, preferences, and goals and set a realistic baseline together. By the end, you’ll know what to expect next and have a couple of tangible steps to start with, aligned to your life and values.
