About Stephanie

Stephanie Bostic (she/her) entered clinical nutrition through work in research. Over her career, she is worked in nutrition research at Tufts and Harvard before working with local community organizations providing nutrition-based outreach to her communities. Over the past five years, she has focused on providing high-quality, personalized nutrition counseling to people who experience eating disorders, disordered eating, food allergies, or gastrointestinal conditions.

Approach to care

Stephanie takes an evidence-based approach while also recognizing the limitations of the evidence available. She works to build a collaborative partnership with clients to support making changes that improve quality of life. She seeks to provide gender-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care. Stephanie has particular interests in ARFID, functional gut disorders like IBS, allergic disorders including MCAS, and GI symptoms related to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She sees pediatric patients with eating disorders ages 14+. She accepts pediatric patients with gastrointestinal concerns ages 10+.

Your first session with Stephanie

Your first session will be focused on sharing your story -- what brought you in -- and background information. Stephanie will ask questions to get to know you and the way you approach food and eating. Throughout later sessions, Stephanie will support you in taking steps toward changes that will support your health goals.
