About Stephanie

I’m Stephanie, a registered dietitian with a background in culinary arts who is passionate about helping people feel their best through food. I believe that eating well and feeling well don’t have to be complicated, and you don’t need to do it alone! My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where judgment has no place, and where you feel supported and heard as you work toward what matters most to you. I practice through a weight-inclusive lens, honoring and celebrating all body shapes and sizes, and focusing on overall well-being rather than appearance. Whether you’re hoping to improve energy, manage a health condition, or simply feel more confident about food and in your body, I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.

Approach to care

I don’t believe in a standardized approach or quick fixes. Instead, I take the time to understand your unique routines, preferences, challenges, and strengths, and build from there. Using evidence-based, up-to-date nutrition practices, I’ll help you set realistic goals and equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve lasting success. My approach is rooted in respect, compassion, and personalized care for every body. With my background in culinary arts, I can also offer practical cooking tips and meal ideas to make your plan both sustainable and enjoyable. Together, we’ll focus on progress, not perfection, so you can create meaningful changes that last.

Your first session with Stephanie

Your first session is a relaxed conversation where we’ll explore your current habits, health history, and what you hope to achieve. There’s no pressure and nothing special to prepare, just come as you are. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan with steps that fit naturally into your life. As you move forward, I’ll be here to celebrate your wins, help you navigate challenges, and adjust your plan as your needs evolve. My aim is to make this process feel supportive and empowering, so you can approach food and your health with confidence.
