About Stephanie
My lifelong passion for health and wellness began in childhood, cooking with my mom and learning to barbecue with my dad, enjoying home-cooked meals every night. My journey truly started when I left home, experimenting in the kitchen and discovering how food impacted my body, energy, and hormones. Fascinated by how food connects people, I spent my free time learning about nutrition. This deep curiosity and desire to help others inspired me to leave my accounting career and pursue my true passionânutrition.
Approach to care
My philosophy centers on using whole foods as medicine, grounded in balance, moderation, and the healing power of quality nutrition. Iâm passionate about educating my clients on the bodyâs interconnected systemsâshowing how addressing one issue can create a ripple effect of overall wellness. I reject quick fixes and deprivation, instead empowering my clients to build sustainable habits, reach their goals, and enjoy a healthy, balanced lifestyle through nourishing, enjoyable food. This approach goes beyond food or weight. Itâs about uncovering the why behind symptoms and addressing root imbalances to support long-term health. Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel your best by learning to nourish your body and honor its unique needs for optimal function.

Education
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from San Diego State University and completed a 1,200-hour Dietetic Internship in the Bay Area. Alongside my expertise in nutrition, I am a Certified Lagree Pilates Instructor, which has deepened my appreciation for the mind-body connection and the harmony between nutrition, movement, and overall well-being. My dedication to helping others reclaim their health drives my whole-body approach to wellness, focusing on the connection between mind, body, soul, and nutrition.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I embrace my role as a boy-mom, diving into all things sports, trucks, scooters, and messy adventures! Family time is spent swimming, exploring San Diego, playing with our new puppy, Charlie, and staying active. Some of my hobbies include tennis, teaching Pilates, heated workout classes, running, and creating in the kitchen. Before the chaos begins, I cherish quiet mornings under a blanket, journaling, meditating, and listening to handpan music before sunrise.
