About Stephanie
Hi there! I'm Stephanie, a registered dietitian based in Pennsylvania with my husband and our dog Lucy. I became a dietitian because I genuinely love nerding out on nutrition research and unpacking the science (or lack thereof) behind the latest health trendsāand even more, I love translating this science into practical, sustainable habits that support long-term health.
Approach to care
My approach centers on preventionāhelping you build sustainable habits before health concerns become bigger issues. I take time to truly understand your goals, challenges, and day-to-day life so we can co-create a plan that feels realistic and personal. I prioritize evidence-based, individualized care and meet you exactly where you are. I know behavior change isnāt easy, so weāll focus on small, sustainable steps that add up over time. With consistency and intention, those everyday shifts can create meaningful, lasting improvements in your overall health.
Your first session with Stephanie
In our first session, weāll get to know each other and build the foundation for our work together. Iāll guide the conversation (at least to start!) and ask questions about your dietary history, food preferences, health history, and what you hope to achieve. Weāll talk through your challenges and concerns, and youāll have plenty of space to ask any nutrition-related questions. Before we wrap up, weāll collaborate on setting realistic, actionable goals for you to focus on before our next session. Iām looking forward to working with you!
