About Stephanie
Stephanie Feltus is a dietitian with 25 years of experience in the Omaha area. Her passion in helping people solve their nutrition challenges and take control of their health is clear. Stephanie has two kids Lucy (14 going on 25) and Gavin (11) who are the light of her life and they have learned to make her dinner at least one night a week.
Approach to care
In her practice, she educates people about food choices and culture, the obstacles in changing the relationship with food, and helps clients implement healthy, lifelong nutrition and exercise habits. Making small, realistic changes, attached to rewards is what leads to long term success. She has had success with clients working towards decreasing medication reliance, weight loss, and working towards a healthy family and lifestyle.
Your first session with Stephanie
In the first session you will be asked questions, not only about your "typical" day when it comes to nutrition, but other habits as well. Nutrition is interrelated with sleep, physical activity, hormones, stress, etc. It is a casual, friendly conversation where I ask you a ton of questions, but nothing to be nervous about.
