About Stephanie
Hi! My name is Stephanie and I have been a Registered Dietitian and Health Coach for over five years. I love to help my clients create lasting change through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Previously, I worked as a clinical dietitian for Advent Health Orlando and UF Health The Villages, where I guided patients in using nutrition as a tool for healing and recovery. Drawing from a diverse background in medical nutrition therapy, I take a holistic, client-centered approach—meeting each person where they are and tailoring care to their individual goals, challenges, and lifestyle. I believe deeply in the body’s ability to heal when given the right environment and have a personal passion for helping people use food to reduce disease risk, slow disease progression, and feel their best.

I take a patient centered approach where we will collaborate together to create a plan using evidence-based practice- molded individually to your specific needs and lifestyle. I do my best to bring balance and mindfulness into my coaching philosophy by empowering others to build sustainable, healthy lives rooted in self-awareness and self-care.

In our first session I will spend time getting to know who you are, what you would like to achieve, and crafting a plan of care to best help you achieve your goals. I am a great fit for anyone who is ready to start making meaningful change and is looking for consistent accountability.
