About Stephanie

I’m a Registered Dietitian who supports women with PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal concerns, and complex relationships with food in building sustainable health—without obsession, restriction, or shame. I take a holistic, non-diet approach to nutrition, considering the full picture of your physical health, mental well-being, lifestyle, and lived experience. I specialize in working with clients who feel stuck after a diagnosis, confused by hormone-related symptoms, or burned out by conflicting nutrition advice. Together, we focus on practical, evidence-based strategies that support hormone health while also protecting your relationship with food.

Approach to care

I have extensive experience supporting clients nourish their bodies, manage side effects from medications (GLP-1s), and building sustainable habits alongside medication use. With experience across private practice, medical nutrition therapy, university wellness programs, and group education, I bring both clinical expertise and real-life application to my care. Whether we’re navigating PCOS, hormonal imbalances, disordered eating patterns, GLP-1 support, or life stages like pregnancy, my goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and empowered. I believe nutrition should add to your life—not take away from it. Food should be both nourishing and enjoyable. You can expect our work together to be collaborative, judgment-free, and tailored to your physical, emotional, and mental health.

Your first session with Stephanie

Your first session is a welcoming, judgment-free space to share your story—your relationship with food, health history, current concerns, and what brought you here. We’ll also explore how you want to feel physically, mentally, and emotionally in the months ahead. Together, we’ll start shaping a personalized nutrition plan that fits your preferences, routines, lifestyle, and any relevant medical or hormonal factors—like digestive issues, hormone health, fertility goals, disordered eating patterns, or medication support (including GLP-1s). You’ll leave with clear, practical next steps and a sense of direction, plus a supportive partner to guide you. No need to have it all figured out—this is a collaborative, step-by-step process.
