About Stephanie
I went to undergrad at University of Kentucky and grad school at University of South Florida. I completed my dietetic internship with the Bay Pines VA. As your dietitian, I want to help your food work with you and not against you, however that looks for you- gain weight, lose weight, lowered a1c, improved cholesterol results, etc
Approach to care
Hopefully our appointments will feel casual and conversational. I don't want to be the food police, no judgement from me! Initially, I like to first collect information from you, educate on a specific topic, answer any questions/comments/concerns, then develop goals to get you where you want to be. I am more than happy to be your accountability coach and keep you on track. We will fine tune recommendations
Your first session with Stephanie
The first session will be a lot of me asking you questions and gathering a good picture of everything. You may have multiple nutrition topics you want to cover and I promise we will! Although it won't all be at our first appointment. We will work slowly to create building blocks that feel comfortable to you.
