About Stephanie
Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. My journey into the world of nutrition was driven by a strong belief in the healing power of food and a deep curiosity about how the body works. I’ve always been passionate about understanding the why behind health challenges and finding natural, food-first ways to support healing and long-term wellness. Originally from New York, I’ve spent the past few years diving into the science of integrative and holistic nutrition—blending evidence-based knowledge with a more personalized, whole-body lens. I’m especially drawn to the idea that food can be one of our most powerful tools for prevention, balance, and vitality. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me experimenting in the kitchen, reading up on the latest in functional nutrition, or spending time outdoors to recharge.
Approach to care
As an integrative holistic Registered Dietitian, I believe in understanding the full picture—not just what’s on your plate, but how your lifestyle, emotions, environment, and daily rhythms shape your health. I take time to truly listen, looking beyond quick fixes or surface-level advice. My goal is to support each client with personalized, root-cause nutrition strategies that nurture the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—because lasting wellness is about more than just mealtime.
Your first session with Stephanie
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, eating patterns, stress levels, sleep, movement, and more—because every piece of your story matters. This is a judgment-free space where you're encouraged to share openly. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand the root causes behind your health goals or challenges, and together we’ll begin mapping out a personalized, whole-person approach to support your well-being—not just now, but sustainably over time.
