About Stephanie
Stephanie is a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping individuals build healthier lives through practical and personalized nutrition. She currently works with individuals with developmental disabilities and has a special interest in supporting clients through real-food approaches that are both sustainable and family-friendly. Stephanie earned both her bachelor and masters degree in dietetics and nutrition from SUNY Oneonta. She lives in upstate New York with her husband and three children, where they tend a small homestead complete with chickens, a big garden, and hopefully some goats here soon! She enjoys cooking from scratch, growing her own food, and encouraging others to embrace simple, nourishing meals rooted in whole ingredients.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition is not a one-size-fits all approach. I meet you where you are and tailor your care to you based on you and your goals. I see my role as a partner in the health journey - someone who listens, adapts, and celebrates each step forward.
Your first session with Stephanie
The first session is all about you and your goals, your health history, and what matters most - your health and well-being. We will chat about your health, your lifestyle, and any challenges your facing. You can expect a judgement free space with recommendations tailored to you and your goals.
