About Stephanie

Hi, I’m a registered dietitian with over 12 years of experience helping people build healthier, more fulfilling lives through nutrition and lifestyle changes that actually last. I was drawn to this field after watching close family members struggle with their health. I knew I wanted to be someone who could help guide others toward feeling better, stronger, and more confident in their bodies. I specialize in blood sugar balance and take a holistic view of health, looking beyond just what’s on your plate. I believe nutrition works best when it supports your real life - your family, your schedule, your stress levels, and your values. I’m a mom to a 5-year-old, a wife, and someone who truly values family meals, time outdoors, and enjoying food without guilt or pressure. My purpose is simple but powerful: to help you believe in yourself, take meaningful action, and create small, sustainable changes that add up to long-term transformation and longevity.

Approach to care

My counseling style is empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I’m a great listener, and I meet you exactly where you are - no shame, no food rules, and no “all-or-nothing” thinking. I believe all foods can fit, food should be enjoyed, and health is about so much more than willpower. Together, we’ll focus on: balancing blood sugars in a realistic, sustainable way; supporting circadian rhythm, sleep quality, stress management, and time outdoors; building meals you enjoy and feel satisfied by; creating habits that support longevity and overall well-being; honoring intuitive eating and a positive relationship with food (especially for families and children). Rather than quick fixes, I help you build a strong foundation - small lifestyle shifts that compound over time and truly change your health trajectory. My goal is to empower you with confidence, clarity, and tools you can use for life.

Your first session with Stephanie

Your first session is all about you. We’ll take time to talk through your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, routines, and goals. I want to understand what’s been hard, what’s worked before, and what kind of support you’re looking for right now. You can expect: a safe, supportive space where you won’t be judged; thoughtful questions and compassionate listening; clear, realistic next steps tailored to your life; a plan that feels doable - not overwhelming. By the end of our first visit, you’ll leave with renewed hope, practical guidance, and a sense of direction. Most importantly, you’ll know you’re not doing this alone. I’ll be here to support, encourage, and guide you as you build habits that help you feel your best - now and for years to come.
