About Sukhprit
Hi, Iâm Sukhi! My journey with food and nutrition started at a young age. I was always in the kitchen cooking for fun, using it as a creative outlet. Over time, my relationship with food became more complicated, and I experienced weight gain throughout my adolescent and teenage years. It took time for me to truly understand how to eat in a way that satisfied me, honored my preferences, and properly nourished my body. As I learned more, I began combining balanced eating with exercise, and thatâs when everything clicked. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in nutrition. Food is incredibly powerful, itâs quite literally fuel for life. Cooking remains a huge passion of mine and plays a major role in how I eat and live day to day. At the same time, Iâm very realistic. No one eats âperfectlyâ all the time. Life happens. Cravings happen. Social gatherings happen. True health is about balance, not restriction or guilt.

My approach is compassionate, personalized, and realistic. I believe nutrition should support your life, not control it. I focus on building sustainable habits that honor your preferences, culture, lifestyle, and goals. Together, weâll prioritize nutrient-dense meals you actually enjoy while incorporating intuitive eating, gentle structure, meal planning, and a deeper understanding of your personal flavor profile. Whether your goals include improving heart health, managing weight, aging well, boosting performance, or healing your relationship with food, my role is to guide and support you without judgment.
Your first session with Sukhprit
Our first session is all about you. Iâll take the time to truly listen and understand your story, your goals, and your relationship with food. Weâll discuss whatâs worked for you in the past, what hasnât, and what a healthier, more balanced life looks like to you. From there, weâll begin building a personalized, intuitive approach to eating that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle and respects your cultural preferences. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, confident and knowing youâre not doing this alone. Weâll take this journey together, one step at a time.
