About Summer
Summer is a registered dietitian with a focus on evidence-based nutrition and holistic wellness. With a background in clinical nutrition and a love for food, she strives to help people find balance between their health goals and everyday life. She loves simplifying complex nutrition science into practical, sustainable habits. Outside of work, she is an advocate for self-care, fitness, and mindful eating. When she's not working with clients, you’ll find her experimenting in the kitchen, exploring the nearest farmer's market, or outside on a hot girl walk.
Approach to care
My approach to care centers on creating personalized, sustainable nutrition strategies that empower individuals to take charge of their health. I believe in meeting clients where they are, respecting their unique backgrounds, preferences, and goals. Through evidence-based guidance, I aim to foster a positive relationship with food while addressing both short-term and long-term health outcomes. I emphasize the importance of balance and mindfulness in nutrition, focusing on progress, not perfection.
Your first session with Summer
In our first session, my goal is to get to know you better, understand your health goals, and explore your relationship with food. I take a client-centered approach, meaning our conversation will focus on your unique lifestyle, preferences, and any specific concerns you have about your nutrition. Whether you're looking to manage a condition, improve energy, or develop long-lasting healthy habits, we’ll work as a team to make progress that feels sustainable for you.
