She loves simplifying complex nutrition science into practical, sustainable habits. Outside of work, she is an advocate for self-care, fitness, and mindful eating. When she's not working with clients, you’ll find her experimenting in the kitchen, exploring the nearest farmer's market, or outside on a hot girl walk.
