About Susan
I am a registered dietitian who received a Bachelors of Science from Texas Tech University followed by a dietetic internship from ARAMARK Internship Program. I have over 15 years of experience working in a variety of settings that include diabetes and weight management, heart health, a cancer clinic and a dialysis clinic.
Approach to care
I strongly believe in tailoring each session towards my client's specific needs. I will work alongside you, taking the time to understand your medical history, daily routines, challenges and motivations. Together we will collaborate on realistic strategies that will better help you achieve your goals. I am here to help empower you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to make informed decisions about your health.
Your first session with Susan
Our initial visit is a "get to know you session". I want to better understand your goals, your relationship with food and begin building the foundations to a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle. During the visit, we will review your daily eating patterns, medical history, medications, supplements and any current concerns you have. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard and supported about your next steps.
