About Susan

Hi there! I am a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor with a passion for helping clients create a healthy relationship with food and body to achieve their health goals. With over a decade of experience primarily in one on one nutrition counseling, I have helped others with prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, disordered eating, weight concerns and fertility. Fertility is one of my top specialty areas, although I am able to help with other conditions as well, even if you are just here to learn more about nutrition and improve your relationship with food, I'm here to make food easier for you!

Approach to care

I like to conduct nutrition therapy using a weight neutral approach, however, I can be flexible with my approach depending on your individual goals and health concerns. It is my mission as a dietitian to make sure you feel confident making food choices that work for your body while making sure it is sustainable for your lifestyle.

Your first session with Susan

I enjoy getting to know clients during the first session so I can help learn what will work best for you and your lifestyle. I value evidenced based approaches and will ask questions to help get to know you and what is important to you. During our first session, we will spend a lot of time discussing your medical history, current eating and activity patterns, review your health goals, and any recent lab work.
