About Susan

I bring experience in a wide range of settings, from managing complex nutrition support like tube feeding to working with athletes who want to fuel for performance and recovery. Because I personally eat gluten-free, I understand the challenges of navigating that world and can help you find options that are both safe and enjoyable. I completed a one-year culinary training program and can troubleshoot meal prep or other kitchen headaches while teaching you how to fuel properly. Outside of work, I love to cook and garden, lift weights, and ride bikes with my daughter. I share my home with two cats, and I bring a bit of international perspective from the years I spent living in Germany. I also speak French, which sometimes comes in handy in connecting with diverse patients.

Approach to care

I’m a registered dietitian who believes nutrition should be practical, personal, and grounded in science—not social media trends. My commitment to evidence-based practice means I’ll help you cut through the noise, so you can focus on what actually works for your health and lifestyle. I can help you learn about nutrition, trusting your body, and how to relieve stress around food. Whether you’re here to manage a health condition, improve your energy, or simply feel more confident in your food choices, I’ll partner with you every step of the way—providing clear, practical, and science-based guidance you can trust.

Your first session with Susan

We will get to know each other and discuss what you're goals are for meeting with an RD. You might even learn some new things! When we work together, you’ll get more than a meal plan—you’ll get strategies designed to fit your real life. I’ll meet you where you are, listen closely to your needs, and create a sustainable path forward that makes food feel less stressful and more supportive.
