About Suz

As a former D1 athlete, long-time vegan, and fitness instructor, I understand firsthand how nutrition impacts performance, recovery, and overall well-being. I became a registered dietitian because I’m fascinated by the complex relationship between food, health, and identity. Whether you’re navigating a health condition, optimizing athletic performance, or simply seeking a sustainable approach to nutrition, I’m here to help you build a plan that aligns with your goals and values.

Approach to care

Curiosity and compassion are essential elements of my practice. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable to show up as they are. I believe that food is morally neutral and what constitutes "healthy" is unique to each individual's circumstances. My goal is to empower patients by providing education, support and guidance, allowing them to make informed choices about their well-being. While I am here to support and educate, I also emphasize that personal responsibility for change ultimately lies with each individual.

Your first session with Suz

In our first session, you can expect a Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment. I’ll ask a range of questions to understand your lifestyle, medical history, and how you're feeling. This helps me assess your unique nutrition needs and start developing an individualized plan aimed at your health goals. Together, we'll set achievable short and long-term goals.
