About Suzannah
Hi! Iâm Suzy, a Registered Dietitian based in Southern California. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan, where my interest in nutrition began while in high school. My passion for nutrition grew from my experiences in both hospital and community settings, where I saw firsthand how powerful food can be in helping people of all ages feel their best. I have worked with children, families, and individuals on everything from feeding challenges and chronic conditions to building balanced, confident eating habits. With a background in public health, pediatric, adult, and sports nutrition, I believe nourishment should feel simple, supportive, and sustainable. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and at ease in your relationship with foodâone step at a time.
