About Suzanne
Hi, I’m Suzanne, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I’ve been helping people navigate their health and nutrition goals for more than 28 years. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide variety of people and in many different settings—from community programs to primary care, specialty clinics, and endocrinology. These experiences have taught me that every person has their own story, their own challenges, and their own strengths, and I’m here to support you with all of that in mind. I am committed to helping people discover practical, sustainable ways to improve their health.
Approach to care
My approach is simple: I meet you where you are. I believe that change doesn’t come from judgment—it comes from feeling heard, supported, and understood. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and a genuine desire to help you succeed. Whether you’re managing diabetes, wanting to improve your nutrition, or hoping to feel better day-to-day, my goal is to make this journey feel doable and empowering.
Your first session with Suzanne
During our first session, you can expect a comfortable, relaxed conversation where we get to know each other. I’ll take time to understand your health history, your daily routines, your concerns, and your goals. Together, we’ll create a realistic plan that fits your life—not the other way around. You’ll leave our visit with clear next steps, a sense of direction, and the reassurance that you have someone in your corner cheering you on. Supporting people in their health journeys is truly an honor, and I look forward to helping you feel confident, hopeful, and inspired as we work together.
