Approach to care
I like meeting clients exactly where they are. My personal experiences have ignited a passion in me for preventing and addressing disease with a root cause approach. I will make sure that you have the foundations for good nutrition and additionally help create a personalized plan for sustainable change. My goal is to empower you to craft healthy meals that are enjoyable taking into account your preferences! I prefer a whole body approach, which mean addressing factors such as stress, sleep, lifestyle, and activity. Those all have an impact on how our body utilizes what we eat. By addressing you as a whole person, we can work together towards improving your health!
Your first session with Sydney
You can expect me to listen! I want to hear your story from your perspective, and understand your goals for working together. I will ask you some questions to help guide our conversation, and help me to learn more about things such as your diet, lifestyle, stressors, physical activity, and sleep patterns. Ultimately, my goal is that you would feel heard and validated in order to create the framework for success in working together.
